Ingredients

(Severs 4)

2 cups of elbow macaroni (uncooked)

2 chicken breasts, diced

1 cup BBQ sauce

2 tbsp honey

2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup shredded mozzarella

2 tbsp butter

2 tbsp flour

2 cups of milk

Salt & pepper to taste

Optional: green onions for garnish

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Cook pasta until al dente, drain.

2. Cook diced chicken in a pan with salt & pepper until golden. Mix in BBQ sauce + honey, simmer 2–3 min.

 

3. In a pot, melt butter, whisk in flour, cook 1 min. Slowly add milk, whisk until thick.

4. Stir in cheese until it melts. Add pasta, mix well.

5. Top with BBQ chicken. Garnish with green onions if desired.
