Ingredients
(Makes 3 Burgers)
1 ½ lbs lean ground beef (about 3 cups)
1 egg
3 brioche burger buns
3 tbsp butter
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 tbsp chopped parsley
¼ cup light mayo
3 tbsp ketchup
1 tbsp mustard
2 tbsp chopped pickles
2 tbsp chopped onion
Pinch salt, pepper, paprika
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Make the patties:
Mix beef, egg, salt & pepper. Shape into 3 patties. Cook in a skillet until done.
2. Make the garlic bread buns:
Melt butter, stir in garlic + parsley. Brush on cut buns, then toast until golden.
3. Make the sauce:
Mix mayo, ketchup, mustard, pickles, onion, and paprika.
4. Assemble:
Garlic bun → beef patty → sauce → top bun.
