Ingredients

8 oz linguine noodles

1.5 lb lean ground beef (93%)

Salt & pepper

6 cloves garlic, minced

4 tsp ginger, grated

½ cup low-sodium soy sauce

¼ cup brown sugar

¼ cup beef broth (or water)

2 tbsp hoisin sauce

1 tbsp cornstarch + 3 tbsp water (slurry)

Green onions, sesame seeds (garnish)

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Cook noodles, drain.

2. Brown beef in skillet, season with salt & pepper.

3. Add garlic + ginger, cook 1 min.

4. Stir in soy sauce, sugar, broth, and Hoisin.

5. Add Corn Starch, simmer to thicken.

6. Toss in noodles until coated.

7. Garnish with green onions + sesame seeds.
