Ingredients

(Serves 6)

1 lb lean ground beef

1 cup turkey pepperoni, chopped

1½ cups shredded mozzarella

1 can (6 oz) tomato paste

6 whole‑grain 10-inch tortillas

1 Tbsp Italian seasoning

½ tsp garlic powder

½ tsp onion powder

½ tsp dried basil (optional)

½ tsp oregano (optional)

Salt & pepper to taste

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Cook the beef:
Brown ground beef in a skillet. Drain if needed.

 

2. Make the filling:
Stir in tomato paste, chopped turkey pepperoni, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, and remaining spices. Simmer 2–3 minutes.

 

3. Assemble the rolls:
Lay out tortillas. Spoon beef mixture in a line across each.
Top with mozzarella.
